From the historic hills of Ferebrianges, Etoges and Congy—symbolic terroirs of the Maison—this cuvée reflects the origins and roots of the Bergère family, born from a passion for nature-respectful viticulture. Here, Chardonnay expresses its full aromatic complexity, revealing delicate notes of white fruit.
The blend, crafted using the Solera Method, combines 50% of the latest vintage with 50% reserve wines, ensuring continuity and depth in the flavor profile. Partially vinified in 228-liter barriques, this cuvée presents a brilliant straw-yellow color and an extremely fine perlage.
On the nose, fresh notes of citrus, nectarine, and white peach stand out, while on the palate, it reveals freshness, liveliness, and finesse, accompanying each sip with elegance.
Ideal for elevating your aperitif, this cuvée is also perfect paired with fish dishes: from grilled sea bream or sea bass fillets to delicate carpaccio, and even truffle-enhanced dishes. It pairs beautifully with white or black truffle preparations, such as creamy risottos or scrambled eggs with truffle shavings, enhancing the freshness and refinement of both elements.
