Beef Fillet with White Truffle: an Elegant and Refined Main Course
Fassona beef fillet with white truffle is a high-impact main course, ideal for special dinners. Exceptionally tender meat meets the aromatic intensity of white truffle, resulting in a true fine-dining dish.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 2 Fassona beef fillets (180 g each)
- 20 g clarified butter
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 20–30 g white truffle
- Flaky salt, to finish
Method
- Bring the meat to room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Heat a cast-iron pan with the clarified butter.
- Cook the fillet:
- 2 minutes per side for rare
- 3 minutes per side for medium
- Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
- Plate, season with salt and pepper.
- Finish with generous shavings of freshly sliced white truffle.
