Beef Fillet with White Truffle: an Elegant and Refined Main Course

Fassona beef fillet with white truffle is a high-impact main course, ideal for special dinners. Exceptionally tender meat meets the aromatic intensity of white truffle, resulting in a true fine-dining dish.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 2 Fassona beef fillets (180 g each)
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 20–30 g white truffle
  • Flaky salt, to finish

Method

  1. Bring the meat to room temperature for 20 minutes.
  1. Heat a cast-iron pan with the clarified butter.
  1. Cook the fillet:
  • 2 minutes per side for rare
  • 3 minutes per side for medium
  1. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, loosely covered with foil.
  1. Plate, season with salt and pepper.
  1. Finish with generous shavings of freshly sliced white truffle.
