Mondet Brut Rose

Champagne Brut Rosé is a tribute to delicacy and elegance, the result of a refined blend combining balance, freshness, and aromatic complexity. It is crafted from 25% Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, and 50% Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils that lend structure and depth. Its unique personality comes from the addition of a small amount of red Champagne wine made from old estate vines, giving the wine its characteristic color and surprising richness.

The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by the blending of a Coteaux Champenois made from Meunier and Pinot Noir aged one year in oak, adding spicy nuances and pleasant complexity. The 9 g/l dosage perfectly balances freshness and softness, resulting in a harmonious, highly enjoyable Champagne.

Visually, Brut Rosé enchants with its salmon-pink color with copper reflections, crossed by a multitude of fine bubbles forming a creamy, persistent foam—an expression of vitality and refinement. On the nose, it is fruity and expressive, with aromas of currant and raspberry followed by citrus notes of orange and mandarin, and a delicate hint of sweet spices. On the palate, it offers a fresh and lively attack reminiscent of freshly picked red fruits, supported by balanced structure and a soft, rounded finish with great harmony.

Perfect for convivial or romantic moments, Champagne Brut Rosé is ideal during a cocktail with smoked salmon toasts, yet it also shines at the end of a meal with red-fruit desserts—especially strawberry tart or mixed-berry millefeuille.

With truffle, it surprises with remarkable versatility: its roundness and fruit pair beautifully with burrata topped with black truffle, beetroot risotto with white truffle, or tuna carpaccio with summer truffle.
