Our philosophy is built on three essential pillars:
TERRITORY
We believe in the value of origin.
Our Truffles come exclusively from areas renowned for their natural vocation: the Langhe, Monferrato, the Apennines, and Sabina. We work with local truffle hunters, true experts of their woods, who operate with respect for nature and seasonality.
In the same spirit, we select Champagnes de Vignerons from independent growers: small family-run estates that cultivate and vinify their own grapes in Champagne, far from industrial circuits, creating wines that are genuine and full of character
Nothing is staged, everything is lived. Our products tell real stories: the story of the truffle hunter who knows every tree in his forest, the story of the vigneron who vinifies with indigenous yeasts, the story of the customer who seeks an experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Our goal?
Not simply to sell Truffles and Champagne, but to offer a sensory and emotional journey — built on an authentic story made of respect, passion, and care.
