Champagne Brut Nature – Dosage Zéro represents the purest expression of the Champagne art, a wine that conveys the authentic character of its grapes with no added sugar. Crafted with the same artisanal care that distinguishes the Maison, it undergoes its first fermentation in stainless steel, followed by the blending of three vintages in tiled cement vats that ensure optimal aeration and full fruit expression. After natural filtration without fining, it is bottled at the estate and aged at least four years on lees in chalk cellars, plus an additional year on cork after disgorgement.

Visually, it displays a bright golden yellow and a fine, persistent foam—a sign of elegant effervescence. On the nose, it opens with delicate floral aromas, followed by lively notes of citrus, orange zest, and fresh fruits such as peach, apricot and currant. A refined hint of freshly cut grass completes its freshness. On the palate, the attack is lively and direct, with a precise and tense structure, culminating in a lemony finish that leaves a clean, long-lasting impression.

Best served at 8°C, Champagne Brut Nature is ideal for elegant toasts or moments of pure tasting. Its absence of dosage makes it a versatile and refined companion at the table, enhancing the savoriness and delicacy of dishes. It pairs wonderfully with fine charcuterie, tapas, oysters, delicate fish, shrimp-and-mango skewers, or creamy Chaource.

VINIFICATION

Prima fermentazione in vasca d’acciaio, a cui segue l’assemblaggio di 3 anni di vendemmia nelle in vasche di cemento piastrellato per una migliore aerazione e lo sviluppo del fruttato. Filtrazione naturale, senza chiarificazione. Imbottigliato nella cantina viene poi lasciato invecchiare per un minimo di 4 anni sui lieviti nelle cantine di gesso. Segue un invecchiamento di un anno su sughero dopo la sboccatura.
